NMKL invites to course in Guidelines for reporting sensory data at Clarion Royal Christiania Hotel, Oslo 11 May 2015, 11.30 – 14.30.

Course leader is Per Lea at NOFIMA.

The course is based on the new NMKL Procedure No. 28 (2014) – Guidelines for reporting sensory data.

  • Validation of data
  • Raw data and summaries
  • Statistical analysis
  • Non-parametric tests
  • Analysis of variance
  • Principal components analysis
  • Use of PanelCheck software for reporting data

Fee: NMKL subscribers and students, NOK 2000,‐ others: NOK 3000,‐ (The fee includes the NMKL Procedure No. 28, 2014 . Coffee and a light meal is served in a break).
