As a senior researcher at NVI, I work in the OneHealth framework to improve the overall health of the ecosystem by answering interdisciplinary questions from evolution, microbiology, disease biology using advanced methods of genomics and bioinformatics, considering the holobiont (host and associated microbial communities) as a unit of evolution.
